In Jinan, he first saw the Baotu Spring, so he named it as the best spring in the world. Then he named another spring in Wuxi as the second spring. Since whatever the emporor had said could never be changed, so the Tiger-Dug Spring had to be named as the third spring in the world.

This scene is also on South of the West Lake, it's in middle of Orioles Singing in the Willows: and Viewing Fish and Lotus Ponds at Flower Pond.
Literally, it means watching sunset over Leifeng Pagoda.
The Leifeng Pagoda got famous also because of the story of Lady White. After Lady white lost the battle to Monk Fa Hai, Monk Fa Hai moved the Leifeng Pagoda on top of her so she won't be able to come out again.
